Service Description

This training session is designed to help seniors stay in touch with loved ones using today’s most popular communication tools. We’ll explore phone calls, video calls (FaceTime, Zoom), email, and messaging apps like WhatsApp and iMessage. You’ll learn how to start a video call, send and receive emails, share photos with family, and use contacts to keep things organised. This session is ideal for anyone who wants to feel more connected to friends and family, near or far. A take-home booklet is included for future reference.
