In this friendly session, we’ll introduce seniors to the world of social media in a safe and simple way. You’ll learn what social media is, how it’s used, and how to navigate popular platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. We’ll go over how to view and post updates, follow friends or family, and adjust privacy settings to stay safe online. Whether you're just curious or want to join in the conversation, this session will give you a confident start. Includes a helpful printed guide to take home and refer to anytime.
