Service Description

This hands-on training session helps seniors get comfortable and confident using their iPhone. We'll cover the basics—from understanding the physical layout to navigating the home screen, making and receiving phone calls, and sending text messages. You’ll also learn how to open and close apps, browse the internet, take and view photos, manage your settings, and troubleshoot common issues. Each participant receives a simple, easy-to-follow booklet to take home, so they can continue to practice in their own time with confidence.
